Reporting to the Group Finance Manger the successful candidate will have a Team of 8 reports. Job Summary
- To support the production of weekly, monthly and statutory accounts for a number of cost centres and legal entities; to ensure taxation and statutory reporting requirements are processed on time; to support the Finance Team; to support the development of IT systems and controls particularly with respect to accounting processes and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Working with The Finance Manager and Finance Team:
- Weekly and Monthly Management Accounts
- Ensure timely and accurate sales ledger, purchase ledger and journal processing
- Ledger and balance sheet reconciliations
- Analytical review versus budget and last year
- Liaise with internal departments to support and resolve queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensuring that accounting records are maintained in accordance with accepted policies and procedures

- Payroll
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll for all companies
- Support the Finance Team in the completion of the weekly payroll
