Our Client, a leading international insurance company are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst.
Responsibilities
- Analyse operational processes, translate business needs into actionable requirements, and drive improvements across claims operation.
- Strong stakeholder Management skills
- Work alongside a dynamic team of developers and have good industry implementation background.
- Partner with accounting teams to improve system driven workflows.
- Support integration and reconciliation between CRM and financial systems.
- Develop and support the evaluation process of potential solutions in their ability to meet the business needs.
- Develop and execute transition plans from delivery into operational support.
Essential Requirements
- 3 plus years experience as a Business Analyst within technical or integration focused environments.
- Proven ability to gather, analyse, and document detailed requirements.
- Proficiency with version control tools.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Experience working within professional services firms advantageous.
