Our Client, a leading international insurance company are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Analyse operational processes, translate business needs into actionable requirements, and drive improvements across claims operation.
• Strong stakeholder Management skills
• Work alongside a dynamic team of developers and have good industry implementation background.
• Partner with accounting teams to improve system driven workflows.
• Support integration and reconciliation between CRM and financial systems.
• Develop and support the evaluation process of potential solutions in their ability to meet the business needs.
• Develop and execute transition plans from delivery into operational support.

Essential Requirements

• 3 plus years experience as a Business Analyst within technical or integration focused environments.
• Proven ability to gather, analyse, and document detailed requirements.
• Proficiency with version control tools.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Experience working within professional services firms advantageous.
