Responsibilities

• Work with an established customer base to ensure that all clients requirements are met at all times.
• Direct liaison with valuable customers.
• Ensure company guidelines and quality service are maintained at all times.
• Liaise with shipping partners to ensure effective operational performance.

Candidate Requirements

• The successful candidate will have a minimum three years in a similar role.
• The successful candidate will require good customer relationship skills.
• Ability to understand the needs of an organisation and provide solutions where necessary.
• Be self motivated and ambitious and enjoy interaction in a busy environment.
• Will require exceptional administrative and communication skills.
