We are currently recruiting for an Airfreight Operator with responsibility for Exports for our client, a progressive and leading international Freight Forwarding Company. The successful candidate have a proven track record working in a fast-paced environment and have experience of Freight Forwarding and Airfreight Operations. This is a great opportunity for an individual who thrives in a dynamic, busy environment.

Salary:

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all airfreight shipments with carriers.
• Track shipment and keep clients up to date on and issues.
• Manage on time and compliant transport of goods to ensure all internal and external requirements.
• Support clients and resolve any queries or issues regarding their shipments.
• Completion of invoicing/PO and POS.
• Prepare and present customer KPI reports.
• Ensure that Company and customers SOPs are always followed.
• Ad-hoc duties when and where required

Skills and Experience

• Experience in Freight Forwarding and Airfreight essential.
• Track record in achieving innovation in logistics planning and in optimizing the planning process.
• Experience working in fast paced environments.
• Excellent customer service and communications skills.
• Excellent computer skills.
• A good understanding of healthcare products shipping requirements an advantage but not essential.
